Three bikes in the distance

Cotswolds Distillery to the Stone Age

Bike hire Cotswolds

On this route you cycle to the Cotswolds Distillery, which is located in the lovely countryside between little hills. They make local whisky, gin, and liqueurs of an outstanding quality and interesting flavour.

You can enjoy a special tour where the staff takes you to their distillery and cask warehouse. They also serve lunch and have a selection of lovely desserts.

Just remember that the driving (and riding) limit of alcohol in the UK is 0,08% and you need to be over 18.

If you wish to taste more samples, we can collect the E-bikes from the distillery, and you can get a taxi back to your accommodation.

However, it would be a shame not to continue the bike ride to Stonehenge of the Cotswolds, called The Rollright Stones. It is a complex of three megalithic sights from the Neolithic Age and the Bronze Age not far from the village Long Compton.

On the way back to Moreton-in-Marsh you will pass through multiple picturesque little villages such as for example Barton-on-the Heath. The whole route is 22 miles (35 km).
